Dad let all of his children break the law by allowing each of us to play 1 game over the course of our 69-cent breakfast at the Castaways. My first ever illegal wager in a legal casino was ten cents. This was even better: I got to gamble for the very first time when my dad let me pick out the numbers for a game of Keno. The next morning I got to do what every child of 5 dreams of doing.
